101 Connect was organized in 1998 by Larry Dozier and Chuck Oppitz for the purpose of launching various web ventures. The most successful of these ventures has been A1 Web Server, a full service web hosting company which has survived and thrived in an extrememly competitive industry - an industry where most companies fail within the first five years.

Larry Dozier has extensive experience as a computer programmer, web developer, Internet marketer and is an overall jack-of-all-web-trades. Larry is the founder and President of Web Marketers Guild Interational, an organization with membership worldwide. In addition, Larry is the facilitator for the Southwest Iowa chapter of Web Marketers Guild.

Chuck Oppitz has had a long and successful career in the hospitality industry, where he has owned and managed hotels and restaurants.
